Corporation Concert at
Emens Auditorium on Monday

The Corporation Concert will take place on Monday, March 15 at 6:30 p.m. at Emens Auditorium on the campus of Ball State University. The concert features all high school and middle school bands and choirs as well as the elementary school choirs and recorders. Music performed throughout the evening will include many upbeat, modern pieces such as movie soundtracks and contemporary pop songs as well as traditional instrumental and choral music. All high school and middle school band and choir students need to report to the balcony of Emens Auditorium by 6:00 p.m. and should wear their regular ensemble uniforms.

All students involved in the concert will travel to Emens Auditorium during the school day on Monday to rehearse for the evening performance. Letters and information pertaining to this event have been sent home with each student about the time that they will miss from school, and all teachers have been notified. Parents are encouraged to contact Mrs. Cramer, Mrs. Olfier, or Miss Weaver at the high school and middle school with any questions.

A note about parking for the concert: The following comes directly from Ball State - Parking Services will NOT issue tickets in the Emens and McKinley Avenue Parking Structures on March 15 between the hours of 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.  Your families can park in the metered or red plated spaces without a fee or ticket.  Please avoid Service Vehicle spaces, and 97 Permit spaces as these are reserved for Ball State students with severe disabilities!  All other disabled spaces are available to your guests who possess a disabled hangtag or license plate.
