	Delta High School fields multiple Academic Teams each year. These teams compete in various events across the state. The teams compete in Spell Bowl Competitions, The Brain Game (televised on WTHR, Channel 13), Quiz Bowl, and Super Bowl. *Read more*

	The Adult Fitness Program is a program at Delta High School that allows anyone from the community to use the facilities at the high school for recreation and exercise at no cost. The Adult Fitness Program makes it easier for people of all ages to stay fit and live healthier lives. 	Best Buddies is a club designed to bring students with special needs out with their peers to socialize while building friendships. *Read more*

	Blue Crew heightens school spirit by creating a student block to cheer for the basketball team. Blue Crew allows students to build friendships with one another and to create positive enthusiasm. *Read more*

	Delta ENERGY Dance Team
	The purpose of the Delta ENERGY Dance Team is to serve as a public relations group, which fosters an attitude of spirit and pride in Delta High School. In providing entertainment for sporting and other community events, the group promotes high self-esteem, fitness, sportsmanship, school spirit and awareness, and strives for development of character leadership and individual responsibility among its members. *Read more*

	*Delta Jazz Band*
	Delta Jazz Band is an audition only group that involves more than 40 musicians. The jazz bands play contests and play a Spring Jazz show at Cornerstone Center for the Arts in Muncie. *Read more*

	*Dual Credit Classes*
	Delta High School offers 25 hours of dual credit classes. Dual credit classes are courses that give students a credit for both high school and college. These courses help students get a head-start in their college career. *Read more*

	*Elite Coaching*
	Delta enjoys a reputation for athletic success in a variety of sports. Three coaches on the current staff are among state leaders in their respective sports and have coached at the state finals level. *Read more*

	*Engineering and Technology Department*
	Delta has teamed up with Project Lead the Way, a national campaign for encouraging high school students to get involved in engineering. Delta offers numerous courses on both engineering and technology. *Read more*

	*Student Resource Time*
	SRT ,student resource time, is a class period for students to get extra help on homework, study for tests, make up quizzes, SAT workshops, and to talk to your teachers about various assignments. SRT is a time all to yourself to do whatever you need to get caught up or get ahead. *Read more*

	*History with Paul Orchard*
	Paul Orchard brings experience as a police officer, carpenter, farmer, and coach to make his classes both interesting and exciting. He creates a relaxed atmosphere in the classroom with his dim lighting, music, and various posters and flags around the room. *Read more*

	*Lance Brand: Award Winning Teacher*
	In 2005, science teacher Mr. Lance Brand won the Milken Award, a prestigious award that recognizes outstanding teachers, principals, and other educational professionals. Mr. Brand is only one of 46 winners in Indiana in the history of the award. *Read more*

	*Locker Decorations*
	Many different groups decorate lockers. It is one of many ways in which students learn more about each other and the activities they are involved in. Most clubs and sports have great booster clubs that organize and set up locker decorations for students. *View page*

	The Student Supply Store is a new feature that was added to the DHS library at the start of the 2012-2013 school year. *Read more*

	*Student Publications*
	Many of the schools in our district may have unique classes but none of which are like our Student Publications class. Student Publications brings delta interesting, helpful resources that look to engage our students to what's new and trending. Some of the highlights in this class are The Eagle's Eye Magazine and the Deltonian Yearbook. *Read more*

	*Together We Can*
	Together We Can teaches students life skills that can be used later in life. The students are on a Certificate of Completion track. The program, directed by Ms. Marilee Waugh, helps encourage students to be creative, learn appropriate work attitudes, follow multi-step directions, and learn the benefits of group effort. *Read more*
