Family: Wife, Phyllis. One son, Wes. Two grandchildren, Kayla and Brady.

Statement: Southerner by birth but Hoosier in my heart, my wife Phyllis and I have one son, Wes.  He is a Captain in the Air Force.  We have two grandchildren, Kayla and Brady. My philosophy as Delta High School's instructional leader is to see the potential in all and the willingness to work for the benefit of each
by consistently creating opportunities for individual and group growth.  Appreciating good work effort and loyalty to our profession, I value and understand each person as unique in their own right.  Leading by example, I serve the Delaware Community School Corporation to ensure that each student is continually supported to achieve excellent academic skills to be a knowledgeable decision maker, an effective communicator, and a socially responsible person.
