1. Take S.R. 28 to I. 69

2. Turn left (south) on I. 69

3 Get off at the 3rd exit, once you get on interstate(S.R. 109)

4. Turn left on 109, go past Meijer store to S.R. 36

5. Turn right(west) on 36

6. Pendleton East will be on the left
