Eaton Elementary PTO Minutes

October 13^th 2009

Meeting called to order by Heather Melton at 6:30 p.m.

Attendants-Heather Melton, Kim Hart-Paxson, Kari Anne King, Jessica Hicks, Kathy Hottinger, Suzie Crabtree, Lisa McKee and Kim DeVoss.

Minutes read by Jessica Hicks. Changes that were made was the amount that was put into the field trip fund from $1295.00 to $1305.00. Kari Anne King was 1^st to motion and Kim Hart-Paxson was 2^nd.

Treasures report read by Kari Anne King. No changes were made. Jessica Hicks was first to motion and Kim Hart-Paxson was 2^nd to motion.

Current Business

• Spirit wear update- Kim Hart-Paxson will have samples ready for Grandparents day and will be ready to take orders. Kari King will be selling the past few years of spirit wear that day as well.
• Kate Gordon has checked PTO books as by-laws require.
