At 6:30 p.m. Board President, Trent Fox called the meeting to order.

SUPERINTENDENT’S CONTRACT
Mr. Fox, Board President, explained the purpose of the Public Hearing and asked for public comment. No comments were received.
Mr. Fox, Board President, closed the Public Hearing.

FUTURE MEETINGS

A Budget Hearing on the 2022 Budget is scheduled for Monday, September 13, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Administration Building.

A regular meeting for the Board of School Trustees is scheduled for Monday, September 13, 2021 immediately following the Budget Hearing.

ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Jacob Case and seconded by Lance Engle and Board President, Trent Fox, adjourned the meeting at 6:31 p.m.
